Our Vision
We prepare our students for a new frontier, one that includes jobs that do not even exist yet. We have transitioned from the traditional classroom to a future where learning is not limited to the inside of a classroom.
The Teaching & Learning Department provides pedagogical training, technical support, and ongoing encouragement so that instructional staff can skillfully and strategically use technology with their students. We coach faculty on the why, what, how, and when to appropriately and effectively employ a variety of curriculum resources in their courses to have the greatest impact. We work with faculty to help students gain traditional skills such as critical thinking, problem-solving, and effective communication and new skills such as information literacy, media literacy, and technology competence.
