He has a calm and inviting energy that makes students comfortable while they are in our setting for such a short amount of time. Ray's curriculum is evidence-based, and thoroughly and thoughtfully planned. He takes into consideration cultural appropriateness, trauma responsiveness, literacy, and SEL.
