Transition - Intermediate District 287

Wherever students are at, we work together in reaching their future goals and growing in their independence. Our Transition program supports students 18 - 22, who have completed their high school programming and will work towards obtaining an Individual Educational Plan driven diploma advancing their skills in the following areas:
