WELCOME PARENTS, GUARDIANS AND STUDENTS!
The following information gives you a quick look at the type of information prospective students and their parents/guardians are presented with at a SECA intake session. Items such as our graduation requirements, Minnesota Department of Education Academic testing requirements and more!
Continuous Learning Plans (CLP)
Students fill out CLPs to help them set goals for their school year. The goals are set around academics, careers, attendance, health and wellness, etc. The CLPs are revisited each quarter to track the student's progress.
Other Intake Documents
- Enrollment Letter
- Enrollment Form
- Application for Educational Benefits
- Emergency Form
- Home Language Questionnaire

- Student Information Form
Each academic subject lists the number of credits needed to graduate. As part of the graduation criteria, there are community service hours that students need to complete.
Minnesota's State Graduation requirements mandate that students pass a series of tests. This link to MDE's website will explain more about these requirements and testing dates.
If you are a prospective student or parent of a student, please contact Joyce Wilson, the SECA program secretary at 612-355-5848. Joyce will gather some general information and set up an intake appointment.
