Explore Middle
Provides a structured educational program for students, grades 6-8, who need targeted support related to self-regulation, academics and attendance, and who want to strengthen social skills and responsiveness to authority.

Invest High
High school students, 9th-12th grade receiving special education services. Students work to strengthen their skills in social/emotional, academic and transition skill development.
 
Venture High
High school age students, 9th-12th grade, with a diagnosis of a neurobiological disorder. Students strengthen their skills in social/emotional, academic and transition skill development. These students can manage direction to move between classes every hour and manage academic and social transitions throughout the day given accommodations as identified on the IEP.

VECTOR Transition
Vector Transition students are young adults, ages 18-21, with special needs. Students work to strengthen their skills in the areas of education & training, employment, and independent living. They also need enhanced support in career and post-secondary readiness and independent living skills, and opportunities to increase their skills in the areas of self-awareness, self-advocacy and personal responsibility.

Invest Transition
Invest Transition students learn skills to manage their disabilities and achieve a level of safe self-sufficiency.

Venture Transition
Venture serves students in grades 9th-12th grade, with a diagnosis of a neurobiological disorder. Students work to strengthen social/emotional, academic and transition skill development. These students can manage direction to move between classes every hour and manage academic and social transitions throughout the day given accommodations as identified on the IEP.

Hennepin Technical College Pathways Courses
Provides career-focused, skill-building courses that articulate with technical college courses (earning Hennepin Technical College credit with grades of A and B).

Phase North
Provides programming for transition age (18-21 years) students who meet certain eligibility. Students receive full day training and support in the three areas of Transition; Jobs and Job Training; Post-Secondary and Independent Living.

Sun Transition
Provides programming for transition age (18-21 years) students who meet certain eligibility. Students receive full day training and support in three areas of Transition; Jobs and Job Training; Post-Secondary and Independent Living.

Focus North Transition
Provides a structured educational program for transition age students (18-21 years) who experience Autism and others who benefit from a predictable and individualized program focusing on social skills and academics.

Strive Transition North
Provides transition age students (18-21 years), who have needs in areas of DCD and EBD, with services in an instructional environment working on both interactions with others and development of functional skills. Students also work in the three areas of Transition; Jobs and Job Training; Post-Secondary and Independent Living.

Intersect
Provides programming for transition age (18-21 years) students who have attended a high school special education program and have one or more additional disabilities. The program prepares students for success in adult life by facilitating generalization of skills into natural environments and providing individualized instruction in the three transition areas: employment, preparing for/accessing postsecondary education/training, and living independently.
