• View the course catalog
• Request a class(es) corresponding to the grade (2-12) the student WILL BE ENTERING in the FALL of 2026. 
• Class requests will be entered into a lottery. Families may request up to three classes per week. Families will be notified of course selections.

Course Confirmation

Notification of assigned course(s) will be emailed to the primary guardian provided in the student account. An email with maps and information will be sent to the primary guardian approximately two weeks before the scheduled class.

• Families will be notified if students have been placed on a waiting list.
• Families will not be charged for a place on the waiting list. A notification is sent out if a spot opens up in a course.
• Once invited, families have four days to confirm enrollment and pay for the course.

PAYMENT

• Total payment is required within 7 days of the enrollment confirmation.
• Scholarship funds and payment options are available on a limited basis (contact WSSS Staff at 763-550-7245).

2026 Summer Class Tuition Per Class

*The fee listed in each course description is the total cost per class, which includes the base fee and additional fee (if applicable).

There is a 7 day grace period to withdraw from a course enrollment without a penalty. $100 will be deducted from refund fees after the 7 day grace period.

No refunds will be made except for medical reasons after mid-May for June sessions and beginning of June for July sessions.

• June sessions: $25 late fee (per class) will be charged for registrations after mid May.
• July sessions: $25 late fee (per class) will be charged for registrations after beginning of June.

If you would like to order a t-shirt for your child, please indicate the size during registration. Your fee will be increased by $10.00 for the cost of the t-shirt.

Families have the option of including their student’s name and contact information on a carpool list with other students attending the same session. Families will gain access to this list prior to the start of the session. Transportation arrangements may be made with other families. Please note that only students who have requested the carpooling option will be on and have access to the list. Please Note: Parents must update their student account each year by marking yes to carpool. It will default back to "select" each year.
