Register

Before registration, make sure your student’s information is up-to-date.

1. Access the Registration Portal: Log in using your email (username) and password. If you forgot your password, please click "Forgot your password?" to reset it. 
2. For each active student, click "More" and select "Update": Review all the details and make necessary changes. Some fields can only be changed by WSSS staff. Please submit a Change Request Form to update information like Name, Date of Birth, Grade Level, and District. 
3. Optional Selections
   1. Choose "Yes" if you want your student's name included on a list of students attending the same site that week and to receive the carpooling list for that course. 
   2. If you'd like to buy a T-shirt, please select a size. If you do not wish to purchase a t-shirt, leave the selection as "Select." 
4. Emergency Contact Information: Click "More" and select "Emergency Contact." Review and confirm the necessary details like emergency contacts, accommodations, allergies and medications, photo release authorization, and student behavior expectations. 
5. Certify that all the information is correct: Your registration will not be complete unless this box is checked!

• If you need to remove a student from the contact list, fill out the Request to Close Student Account Form.
• If you have new siblings to register, make sure you have a code for each one. Contact WSSS staff for help if needed.

• When to Request: February 13 – 21, 2025
• Requests will open on February 13 at 8:30 am and close on February 21 at 11:59 pm. You can enter requests anytime during this period, no need to rush.
• Important: Emergency contact info must be confirmed for the request screens to open. Requests are not the same as enrollment—they don’t guarantee a spot in the course.

• Sign in to the Registration Portal.
• Username: Your email address. If you need to reset your password, click “Forgot your password?”
• Adding Requests:
  • Click “Add/Change Requests” next to your student’s name.
  • Select the week/term you want to request (you can only choose a term if the student is not already enrolled).
  • Choose up to 3 courses for your child. You can select fewer if needed.
  • Confirm the course details, then click “Save request and continue.”
• Set Priorities: After selecting courses, you’ll be asked to set priorities. Choose 1 for highest priority, and assign 2 or 3 to the others.
• Confirm Requests: Once you’ve selected your courses and set priorities, click “Confirm Requests” to hold your choices. These will be shown in your “Course Requests” box.

• You can remove a request if you no longer want to be considered for a course.
  • To remove, click “Remove” next to the course name. You can add it back before February 21 if you change your mind.
• You can also update or add new requests until February 21.

• To request that your student be paired with a friend or sibling, log in to your account, go to the student’s name, click “More,” and then “Update.”
• Enter the names of up to two students you want to request pairing with in the “Friend or sibling” box.
• Please Note: We can’t guarantee pairing, but we’ll try to accommodate these requests when possible.

If you’d like to contribute to the scholarship fund, you can enter a donation amount during registration.

• If you wish to donate the cost of one class, the suggested amount is $295. If not, just enter 0.

• February 26 for member district families.
• March 6 for non-member district families.
• Enrollments will be assigned randomly based on your requests, and you’ll be notified of your student's placement.

• Payment Deadline:
  • For members: Payment is due by March 4 to secure enrollment.
  • For nonmembers: Payment is due by March 12.
• Note: Payment must be made within 7 days of receiving the enrollment to avoid losing the spot and to avoid a $100 drop fee.
