Each year, we elevate our student and family voices by inviting them to share their story at a school board meeting.
Amanda Cook, Ann Bremer Education Center (ABEC) Principal, and Veronica Jacobson, Special Education Music teacher, introduced Tremier, a 9th grade student who participated in a work experience at CCX Media, learning more about what it is like to work in a studio with cameras and editing equipment. His goal is to be a producer and screenwriter.
"I controlled when the edits popped up. I'm so glad for the experience. There was Mr. Holmes animation class, which I was told by CCX if I make an animation I can bring it over there and do a voice over, so that's really cool. These experiences really tie into what I want to be in the future," said Tremier.
