Dear Families/Caregivers,
I am excited to announce that the Language Access Plan has been approved by the School Board as part of our ongoing commitment to equity and inclusion. This plan will help us better serve all our families/caregivers by providing culturally relevant interpreting and translating resources, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
The Language Access Plan is now available on our website for you to review. It will also be included in the 2026-27 student handbook, and we will review and update it every two years to ensure it remains effective.
In addition, we are introducing Talking Points, a platform that will help improve communication between families and your student’s classroom team.
We encourage you to review the Language Access Plan and support our shared goal of fostering an inclusive school community. If you ever need an interpretation or translation service, please reach out to your student’s principal.
