District 287 Presents The Evolution of Grassroots Innovation in Education: What's Next?

What: Inspired by Google’s 20-Time Model, the Innovation Project has produced over 100 projects annually, including 3 special education apps published in iTunes. Hear from the team of Innovation Coaches working on grassroots projects and look inside the training modules that help educators grow into creative, successful innovators and project managers.

Since 2010, the District has been implementing strategic efforts to increase the quality and amount of innovation. With the goals of helping students learn better and staff work more effectively, their Innovation Projects are building systems that allow innovation to continually flourish and that foster a culture of innovation.
