News & Information
Our Administrative Professionals spent the morning with national speaker, writer and classroom teacher – Jonathan Friesen. His personal experience with epilepsy and Tourette’s syndrome inspired him to write and teach. Jonathan began his teaching career at our former site, Elliott. Since that time, he has traveled abroad and has written seven books.
Prior to Jonathan’s workshop, Superintendent Sandy Lewandowski welcomed our clerical group from around the district. She reminded the group of the critical role they have in our district.
“You support our staff in order for our students to succeed,” Sandy said. “Thank you for all you do.”
Refreshments were provided by Local 284.
Did you know.....Jonathan's mother, sister and brother work at District 287.
